Objective:

After an outstanding 2002 Spring season ended with an US Olympic Trials "A" marathon qualifier, the next two years will be focused on being in the best position to challenge for a top three finish and obtaining an Olympic Games "A" qualifier at the Trials in 2004. In the short term this will mean focusing on shorter races this fall (5K to 20K), as well as a top ten finish at the USATF Fall XC Championships. After which the focus will switch to another fast marathon this winter or early spring of 2003.
